Euro 6 vans run particulate filters and AdBlue selective catalytic reduction, and both fail in known ways: AdBlue tank heaters and pumps, NOx sensors, and particulate filters blocked by short urban journeys. Every package here is diagnosed first, because replacing a filter without finding why it blocked means doing it again. The W447 Vito uses a Renault sourced 1.6 in the base models and Mercedes 2.1 and 2.0 in the rest, so the engine code decides almost every part.
