This notice explains how AT AUTO & SPARES LTD, trading as Fleet & Fastener, collects and uses your personal data. We are the data controller for the information you give us through fleetandfastener.com.

- Your vehicle details, such as the registration or VIN, where you give them to check fitment.
- Your company name, fleet size and trade account details, where you apply for a trade account.
- Your order history and any messages you send us.
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies.
Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order and to check that parts fit your van. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To handle returns, warranty claims and questions. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To set up and manage trade and fleet accounts, including credit checks where relevant. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep records for tax and accounting. This is a legal obligation.
- To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the website and prevent fraud. This is in our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the companies that help us run the business: our e-commerce platform Shopify, payment providers, couriers and delivery partners, credit reference agencies for trade account applications, and our accountants. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved by UK law. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years to meet tax law. If you have an account, we keep it until you ask us to close it. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. Email info@atautoparts.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
