These terms apply to every order placed on fleetandfastener.com. Please read them before you order.
1. About us

2. Independence from vehicle manufacturers
We are an independent van parts supplier. We are not Ford Motor Company, Mercedes-Benz Group, Volkswagen AG, Stellantis or Renault Group and we are not appointed or approved by them. Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Vauxhall and Renault and related model names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe vehicle fitment.
3. Your order
When you place an order you receive an email acknowledging it. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm dispatch, or confirm a fitting booking. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot confirm the part fits the van you have given us. If we decline, we refund you in full.
4. Fitment
We check fitment against the registration or VIN you give us. If you do not give a registration or VIN, you are responsible for making sure the part is right for your van. Parts for braking, steering, suspension, timing and fuel systems should be fitted by a competent mechanic.
5. AdBlue, DPF and EGR parts
We supply genuine repair and replacement AdBlue, DPF and EGR parts only. We do not sell, fit or advise on deletes, blanks, emulators or any other defeat software. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe a part is intended for that purpose.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. If you shop in another currency, the price is converted at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery is charged by weight and shown before you pay. International orders may be subject to import duty and local taxes, which you pay on delivery.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. The goods are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave. Some items ship within the UK only, as set out on our Delivery page.
8. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Your rights to cancel and return are set out on our Returns and refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Fitting services
Fitting is carried out at Unit 1 Main Road, Tydd Gote, Wisbech PE13 5QD, for UK customers only. You must bring the van at the booked time and tell us about any known faults. If we find further work is needed, we will not carry it out without your agreement.
10. Trade and fleet accounts
Trade and fleet customers apply by email with their company name, number of vans and the makes they run. We offer trade pricing and monthly invoicing to approved accounts, on terms confirmed when the account is set up. See our Trade and fleet accounts page.
11. Business customers
If you buy in the course of a business, the consumer cancellation rights do not apply, and our liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of a vehicle, is excluded to the extent the law allows.
12. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
