Van clutches work hard: full payloads, urban stop start and towing. Most of these vans run a dual mass flywheel, which should be replaced with the clutch if it shows wear, and the packages include it. Gearbox exchange units are remanufactured and tested, with a surcharge refunded on your old unit. The Trafic III shares its body and 1.6 dCi with the Vivaro B, and the 2.0 dCi arrived in 2019. Fitting

Labour guide: about 6 to 8 hours. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from UK stock, with next day delivery on the standard service and timed or Saturday delivery available.
