Crafter Mk1 Heavy Duty Rear Suspension Package: uprated rear springs or leaf packs with heavy duty shock absorbers for vans at full payload.

Vans wear brakes and suspension far faster than cars of the same age, because they run heavy and stop often. These packages cover a whole axle or the whole van at once, which is cheaper than doing it a corner at a time and keeps the van off the road once instead of three times. The Mk1 Crafter is built on the W906 Sprinter body with Volkswagen engines. The early 2.5 TDI has a poorer record than the later 2.0 CKTC.

Labour guide: about 4 hours.
